Check out some options how sh3d files might be converted to dxf format.
It does not seem to be possible to directly convert sh3d to dxf, which would be export of Sweet Home 3D designs to standard DXF format.
But Sweet Home 3D supports export to OBJ format (File ► Export) and .obj files are usually well-supported in many CAD/3D modeling tools and export of DWG format from OBJ format is certainly possible.
Unfortunately, there is no detailed software record in the database for this conversion.

SH3D
Files with sh3d extension is related to the Sweet Home 3D, a free interior design suite and used for its 3D design files.
DXF
Files with dxf extension can be typically found as 2D CAD drawings saved in the Drawing Exchange Format, a common format for exchange of engineering drawings.
Files with dxf extension were associated with Micrografx Picture Publisher. Now this project is discontinued.
