Find a software converter able to convert sld files to step files.
Old versions of Autodesk AutoCAD were perhaps able to export .sld files (made using MSLIDE command) back to original DWG format, but modern AutoCAD certainly cannot do this. The only way would be to redraw the slide back manually to DWG and export that to STEP format. You can find old utility called sld2dxf that can work with less complex slides, but it is unlikely it will work flawlessly for further export to 3D format.
