XPMPro spectrum analyzer tool includes a converter that allows users to save older RHK Technology files (in this case .sm2) to newer files (.sm3), which is essentially what sm2 to sm3 conversion represents. However, both of these formats were surpassed by newer formats, so in order to work with older files you will likely need older version of the program.
