What is the best converter used for converting spba format to xls file format.
Samsung Kies mobile software allows users to export contacts from backups (for example .spba files) and save them in either VCF or CSV formats. Once you have either of these files, you can simply open / import them in MS Excel or other spreadsheet program and save it to some other format, including .xls files.
Unfortunately, this seems to be the only way to achieve spba to xls conversion and no program allows direct way to convert spba to xls.

XLS
Files with xls extension are best known as spreadsheets from Microsoft Excel. A spreadsheet is basically a grid of cells sorted in rows and columns. Each cell can contain text, numeric or formula data. Excel XLS spreadsheets can be opened in most other similar programs, such as OpenOffice.org Calc.
