It is certainly possible to convert/export IFC files to STL format, but whether the reverse conversion is actualy useful is not clear. In any case, many CAD/3D model converters list this conversion as supported, just keep in mind that STL format is much more bare-bone compared to IFC format, so the output of stl to ifc conversion might be lacking.
