It is unlikely you will find a multimedia converter capable of direct strg to mp4 conversion. However, Novus Management System has innate AVI export capability which can be used to on video recordings created by Novus CCTV solutions (.strg). The exported AVI videos can then be converted to MP4 with any of the available avi to mp4 converters.
Unfortunately, there is no detailed software record in the database for this conversion.

Files with strg file extension can be found as special video copy backups made using E-Viewer.
MP4
An mp4 file extension is typically used for MPEG-4 multimedia files defined by ISO 14496-1 standard. Commonly used for video and movie files and supported by vast number of media players.
