Check out some options how tscproj files might be converted to xmv format.
Camtasia Studio (uses .tscproj projects since version 9), has support for export of recordings to several multimedia formats, including MOV, MP4, WMV or FLV. Unfortunately, XMV format (Xbox video) is not directly supported, so if you need your recording for Xbox, you will have to use some multimedia converter that supports this format, for example FFMPEG.
Unfortunately, there is no detailed software record in the database for this conversion.

TSCPROJ
Files with tscproj extension may be found as projects from Camtasia Studio version 9. These may be used in both Windows and Mac version of Camtasia.
XMV
An xmv file extension is related to the Xbox video gaming console from Microsoft. An xmv file contains video data.
