Although both .vrt and .dfm files come from Autodesk software, it doesn't seem that any kind of vrt to dfm conversion is actually doable. At best you can transfer some settings between profiles, but that's about it. If you have issues with either of these files or are sure, some kind of export should be possible, it would be best to contact Autodesk support or some community website.
