vsd to eps conversion represents export of older Visio diagrams (.vsd files) to Encapsulated PostScript format (.eps files). If you have virtual Postscript printer installed in your computer, you can simply use the File ► Print function in Microsoft Visio and save (export) the .vsd file to EPS (PostScript) format. Of course that requires access to MS Visio in first place.
Other than that, you can have luck with some vector based graphics editors that sometimes support older Visio diagrams and other drawings, but that's pretty much it.
