Possible software with support for converting of xlsm files to xlm file format.
Although both .xlsm to .xlm files are from Microsoft Excel, it doesn't seem very likely that some kind of xlsm to xlm conversion is possible. At best you can save macros that are part of the workbook, but file conversion is not likely.
Unfortunately, there is no detailed software record in the database for this conversion.

Files with xlsm extension are used for workbooks of spreadsheets created in Microsoft Excel that also include macros, that enhance the functionality of the spreadsheet but some automation features. Other spreadsheets might open xlsm files as well, however they most likely wont be able to use the Excel specific formatting and macros.

Files with xlm file extension can be mainly found as macros from Microsoft Excel spreadsheet program.
