We have found one software suitable in our database for this conversion.
xmp to dgn conversion does not work like direct file conversion per se, because .xmp file is essentially a text file that contains the preset but does not contain any graphics data whatsoever.
You can apply the presents from Adobe's .xmp files to a DNG digital negative file and simply export that. It should be doable with Photoshop Lightroom.
