What is cpt file? How to open cpt files?
File type specification:
File extension cpt is mainly related to Corel PHOTO-PAINT digital photo editor, which is currently distributed as part of CorelDRAW Graphics Suite.
A .cpt file represents digital stored photographs that were edited using the program from original sources.
Some old versions of Corel PaintShop Pro seems to have also used .cpt files, but newest version no longer work with them. Unfortunately, we couldn't verify the true nature of that type of .cpt files and it may be possible that it was actually the same format.
It is also known to us, that the CPT format evolved, and older versions of PHOTO-PAINT might not be able to open/import latest .cpt files properly.
