File extension poc appears to be used for one of the default formats in Pocomail, an alternative email client, developed by Poco Systems Inc.
A .poc files is used for some kind of script.
It seems that the only program that can work with this type of scripts is Pocomail. However, it may be that you open and edit these files using any text editor.
Unfortunately, we do not know about any possible conversion for .poc files at this time.
