Files with vtz suffix can be often found as compiled VTPRO-E projects.

File extension vtz is mainly used for compiled projects created in VTPRO-E program.
These .vtz files can be loaded into touch panel device, however they cannot be edited in VTPRO-E.
Most likely can only be used in VTPRO-E.
Unfortunately, there is no way to convert vtz files to anything else and no vtz converter exists.
