The DOF file extension is related to DOSBox emulation software. DOSBox has the ability to record directly to a movie file. By default the movie file will be stored in the capture sub-directory within the DOSBox program directory. To initiate recording you press the CTRL-ALT-F5 combination. To stop recording, you press the same combination again. This recorded movie will be recorded in a *.dof file.
