Magic Knight Rayearth is an action role-playing game developed by Sega for the Sega Saturn. The .00t file is a game-specific data file associated with the title.
The file stores EXTRA data used by the game.
A .00t file is intended to be read by the Sega Saturn version of Magic Knight Rayearth. It cannot normally be opened as a document in a desktop application.
To use the file, keep it with the other game data in the appropriate game image or files and run the game on a Sega Saturn or a compatible Sega Saturn emulator. Do not rename or edit it unless the emulator or game documentation specifically requires it.
There is no standard conversion for .00t files. They contain game-specific EXTRA data, not content designed for export to another file format.
Use the file with Magic Knight Rayearth in its original Sega Saturn environment or a compatible emulator. Converting it would require a tool specifically designed for this game.
