The anv file extension is related to ActivTrak, a free employee monitoring software system from Birch Grove Software, Inc.
An *.anv file contains all the parameters of a particular Net View, allowing users to reopen the Net View for future realtime viewing. It does not contain actual data reported by the workstations. Rather, it contains the domains, subnets, filters, column format, and sorting of a Net View window.

The anv file extension was also used for some older AirNav image file format.
Most likely some old format without support from the developer. No further information could be found.
Use XnView to view content of *.anv files.
Probably can be exported to other formats.
