File extension cdss is probably only used for the default style sheet format in CorelDRAW graphics design software.
Predefined styles simplify the task of formatting objects and you can make your own styles or use some of the provided by Corel, including those provided in the Adjustment Preset folder.
You can both import styles to library or apply them to objects of your drawings.
Export for this kind of file is not likely, but of course you can export the finished / altered graphic object.
