Tallyman was a full-featured, highly customizable e-commerce and site-management system written entirely in Perl and Embperl. Its .epl files contain data used by the software.
Tallyman was abandoned in 2000 and is no longer available. The format is therefore obsolete and is unlikely to be encountered outside installations of the original software.
As far as is known, these files were only usable with the original Tallyman software, which is no longer available.
No known conversion for this type of .epl file seems to be possible.
