FIFA Soccer 2002 is a football game published by EA Sports for Microsoft Windows. Its game data includes an FRE file used for the legal screen shown by the game.
The FRE file is a supporting resource rather than a saved game or user-created document. It is read as part of the game's installed data.
Open a FRE file by launching FIFA Soccer 2002 on Microsoft Windows. The game reads the file from its installation data automatically.
A FRE file is not intended to be opened as a standalone document.
A FRE file has no practical conversion to a common document or image format. It is a game resource intended for use by FIFA Soccer 2002.
If the legal-screen content needs to be preserved, it can be viewed while running the game, but editing or converting the FRE file may prevent the game from reading it correctly.
