The file is intended to support the software's uninstall process rather than to serve as a standalone document. It is normally distributed with, and used by, an application installed through an InstallShield package.
Open an isu file with InstallShield on Microsoft Windows when it must be inspected as part of an InstallShield installation project. These files are usually generated for the uninstall process and are not intended for routine manual opening.
An isu file has no useful general-purpose conversion format. If the uninstall behavior must be changed, update the corresponding InstallShield project and rebuild the installation package instead of converting the script.
