The lol! extension seems to be used by one of the variants of GPCode ransomware which plagues users for years.
Much like any similar ransomware, this one also encrypts and renames various files and leaves a text file with ransom demands.
As far as we know, this particular ransomware was never 100% successfully decrypted.
