File extension m4f is used for a special video format used by Sony Network Camera solutions, i.e. products that starts with 'SNC-' prefix.
m4f file contains captured video from the camera in a proprietary variant of MPEG-4 video format that can be only played back with the provided SNC Video Player.
Use SNC Video Player to play M4F MPEG-4 video file.
As far as we know, no conversion is possible.
