File extension mp60 is probably only used in MacDraft, a CAD design tool from Microspot.
mp60 templates were introduced with version 6 and are still used in the most recent version of MacDraw. Many free templates can be downloaded from MacDraft website and many more can purchased.
These templates only work in MacDraft.
Export is unlikely, but finished documents can be exported.
