The nhs file extension seems to be used for one of the XML based files in NHibernate, a mature, open source object-relational mapper for the .NET framework.
The purpose of this file is not known to us at this time.
You can probably view and edit these *.nhs files using any text editor.
Probably cannot be converted to anything else.
