The onw file extension seems to be mainly related to Omron HMI NTST software and used for one of its default file types.
NTST is used to program NT11, NT21, NT31 and NT631 series machines. Highly specialized format.
As far as we know, this file type can only be used in certain Omron Devices.
It does seem that a conversion for .onw is highly unlikely.
