The ors file extension is associated with Online Certificate Status Protocol files.
The Online Certificate Status Protocol (OCSP) is an Internet protocol used to obtain the revocation status of an X.509 digital certificate. It was defined in RFC 2560 as an alternative to certificate revocation lists (CRLs), addressing certain problems associated with using CRLs in a public key infrastructure (PKI), and is on the Internet standards track. RFC 2560 was later obsoleted by RFC 6960.
OCSP messages are encoded using ASN.1 and are usually communicated over HTTP. The request-and-response nature of these messages means that the servers handling them are known as OCSP responders.

application/ocsp-response
An ors file is not normally opened as a readable document. OpenSSL can inspect an OCSP response with its ocsp utility, including the response details and certificate status.
If the file contains an OCSP request or response saved by a certificate-management application, open it with that application or with another tool that supports OCSP and ASN.1 data.
Conversion is not possible. An OCSP response can be decoded or printed as text for inspection with OpenSSL, but that produces a report rather than an equivalent converted certificate-status file.
