IBM LinkWay was software for developing multimedia applications on IBM and compatible personal computers. It ran on systems including the IBM PS/2, PC/XT, and PC portable computers. The associated software is also identified as IBM LinkWay for Microsoft Windows.
The PG file stores page cut/paste data used by LinkWay. The format is obsolete, and IBM LinkWay is no longer supported.
Open the PG file with IBM LinkWay in a compatible legacy IBM PC or Microsoft Windows environment. Current operating systems may require a suitable virtual machine or emulator, and the file may not open as a standalone document outside LinkWay.
If the file can be opened in IBM LinkWay, its contents may need to be copied or exported from that software and recreated in a current application.

CASIO FX-Link-Kit is software from CASIO Computer Co., Ltd. for working with data and graphics associated with compatible CASIO devices. The PG format is used for two-dimensional graphic data handled by the kit.
The format is intended for use within FX-Link-Kit rather than as a general-purpose image format.
Open the file with CASIO FX-Link-Kit, the software associated with the format.
General image viewers and current graphics editors normally do not support this proprietary format.
If FX-Link-Kit provides an export function for the graphic, use that function to create a format supported by other software.
Simply renaming the file extension will not convert it.

eSignal uses PG files to save page layouts for its market-analysis workspace. A page can preserve the arrangement of charts and other eSignal windows, together with the settings needed to restore that workspace.
A PG file is associated with the eSignal application for Microsoft Windows. Its contents are intended to be used by eSignal.
Install eSignal on Microsoft Windows, then open the PG file from within eSignal. If the file is not associated with the program, use eSignal's file-opening or page-management command instead of a text editor.
Because the file stores an eSignal workspace rather than a standalone document, it is normally opened and recreated in eSignal.
If information from the page is needed in another application, open the page in eSignal and use the program's available data-export features. This exports selected data, not the complete PG page layout.
