PhotoWebber session data
File type: Various data file
A phw file contains session data created by PhotoWebber, a Windows application for converting Photoshop designs into web pages.
File type category:
Various data file
Date updated: October 11, 2026
Record marked as obsolete and not updated for a long time.
The phw file extension is associated with PhotoWebber, a web-design conversion tool created by Media Lab, Inc. PhotoWebber used these files to save session data for work in progress.
A phw file is a working file for the PhotoWebber project rather than a finished web page. The format is obsolete, and PhotoWebber is no longer in common use.
Open a phw file with PhotoWebber on Microsoft Windows. Because the format is obsolete, a current Windows application may not support it; the original software or a compatible older Windows environment may be required.
A session file can be opened in PhotoWebber, if the original software is available, and its project can then be exported using PhotoWebber's web-page export functions.
