The ppn file extension is associated with products developed by Lexmark, including printers and multifunction devices. The file stores data used to update firmware in the printer.
A ppn file is a firmware-related file rather than a user document. It is interpreted by the compatible Lexmark printer or by the software used to transfer the firmware update to the device, and is not intended for ordinary desktop use.
A ppn file is normally handled by the Lexmark printer firmware update process. Follow the instructions supplied with the compatible Lexmark printer or update package to transfer it to the device.
It is not intended to be opened as a readable document in a standard application. Do not edit the file, because the printer may require the original firmware data.
ppn files are not intended for conversion to another format. Their data is specific to the compatible Lexmark firmware update process.
Keep the file in its original form and use it with the appropriate Lexmark printer update procedure. Converting or editing it may make the firmware update unusable.

File extension ppn is used in Canvas / Canvas X graphics drawing and publishing software for one of the default custom pen graphics. Probably used for customization of GUI of the workspace.
PPN files are Neon pens and can be found within the Extras folder.
Used for Canvas only to customize the software.
These files are graphics files, so perhaps export is doable, just not something typically done.
