WindowBlinds is skinning software from Stardock that changes the appearance of the Microsoft Windows desktop and its interface. The .preview7 file stores temporary data generated by WindowBlinds during preview-related operations.
This is an internal working file rather than a permanent skin or an interchange format. WindowBlinds creates and uses it as needed, so it normally does not need to be opened, edited, or retained by the user.
Open the file through WindowBlinds only if the program specifically requests it. A .preview7 file is a temporary internal file and generally has no useful standalone viewer. Do not rename it to another extension in an attempt to open it.
A .preview7 file cannot be meaningfully converted. It contains temporary WindowBlinds data rather than a user-editable document or a distributable skin. To create or use a skin in another form, use the appropriate skin-management or design features in WindowBlinds instead.
