PUZZ is an old format intended for X11-based software.
Open a .puzz file with the original X11 Puzzle software on a system that provides X11. Modern image viewers may not recognize this legacy format.
There is no widely supported conversion method for PUZZ files. If the original X11 Puzzle software can display the file, a screenshot can preserve the visible bitmap in a current image format such as PNG.
