File extension qdz seems to be used for some sort of driver installer file type for Stratix V devices.
Found for example as stratixv-13.0.0.156.qdz, these files are used to install drivers for Stratix V so other programs can recognize them.
Note: It is possible this file type is also used for other products from Atera, for example Quartus II.
These drivers are needed for Stratix V devices only, they serve no other purpose.
A conversion for this file type is highly unlikely.
