The qq file extension identifies a squeezed file from a BLU archive. It is associated with the ShrinkIt archiving software.
When the Binary II envelope is removed from a bqy file, the squeezed files it contains use the qq extension. ShrinkIt for Microsoft Windows can unsqueeze these files.
Use ShrinkIt for Microsoft Windows to open a qq file. ShrinkIt can unsqueeze the file and extract its contents.
A qq file is normally converted by unsqueezing it with ShrinkIt. The extracted files can then be placed in a new archive using another compression utility.
