File extension rvf is mainly related RichView and used for its default format for saving documents.
RVF format is compact, simple, and able to contain all information from a RichView document.
There is a set of options for loading and saving RVF. For example, text formatting (i.e. collections of text and paragraph styles) can be saved together with RVF documents or can be separated from them. RichView copies and pastes RVF format to the Clipboard.
Several programs, including RichView support import of *.rvf files.
It seems that the only program capable of export / conversion of .rvf files is RichView itself.
