µVision4 is a Microsoft Windows development environment from Keil for creating embedded applications for ARM-based systems.
A .uvproj file contains XML project data, including the project structure, target and build settings, and references to the source files and other files used by the project.
The file belongs to the µVision4 project system and allows the development environment to restore the project for further editing and building. The format is associated with µVision4; later µVision releases generally use the .uvprojx project format instead.
Open a .uvproj file with µVision4 on Microsoft Windows. Start µVision4 and use its project-opening command, or associate the file extension with the program so that it opens there automatically.
A .uvproj file is a project definition rather than a document intended for general conversion, so it is not normally converted with a standalone converter.
To create the embedded application's build output, open the project in µVision4 and build it. This produces output files for the selected target instead of converting the project file itself.
