The vpa file is a gesture file used by VPchat (Virtual Places Chat) and the older Excite Super Chat Alpha program.
It contains animations with sound that can be displayed in a user's chat bubble. It allows for more expressive emotions than static emoticons.
The vpa files must be saved in the gestures folder within the the program folder in order to be used by the chat program.
