Microsoft Entourage 2008 for Mac uses the VRGE08TASK file extension for files containing task schedule data. The files are associated with Entourage's task-management features.
Entourage was part of Microsoft Office for Mac and ran on Apple macOS and earlier Mac OS X systems.
Open the file with Microsoft Entourage 2008 on a compatible Mac. If double-clicking does not work, launch Entourage and access the task data from within the application.
Modern versions of macOS may not run Entourage 2008, so an older compatible Mac or an existing Entourage installation may be required.
Open the file in Entourage 2008 and use the program's available export or data-transfer features to move the task information to another application.
If no suitable export option is available, the task information may need to be copied or recreated manually in another task or calendar application.
