The xpk file extension is associated with PSpice, a full-featured native analog and mixed-signal circuit simulator developed by Cadence Design Systems, Inc.
An xpk file stores library data and other information used internally by PSpice. It supports the simulator's operation rather than serving as a general-purpose interchange file.
This format is used by the Microsoft Windows version of PSpice. Because the file is an internal library file, it is generally managed by PSpice rather than edited directly by the user.
On Microsoft Windows, use PSpice to work with an xpk file. The software may load the file automatically when it needs the associated library data.
An xpk file is an internal PSpice file, so it may not provide useful content when opened as a standalone document.
Conversion to other formats is not possible.

DB/TextWorks is a database management and text retrieval program developed by Inmagic for Microsoft Windows.
A .xpk file stores record skeleton definitions exported from DB/TextWorks. These definitions describe the structure used for records in a DB/TextWorks database.
Open the file with DB/TextWorks on Microsoft Windows. Because it contains exported record skeleton definitions, it should be handled through the program's relevant import or definition-management features rather than opened as a document.
Use DB/TextWorks to import the definitions and, if needed, export them again in a format supported by the software.

NMRView was developed by One Moon Scientific for the visualisation and analysis of nuclear magnetic resonance datasets. The software displays NMR spectra and provides tools for examining and assigning their peaks.
An .xpk file is a text-based NMRView peak-list file. It contains the peaks identified in a dataset, together with peak data used by NMRView for display and analysis.
The file is part of the NMRView data workflow rather than a complete spectrum. It is normally used alongside the corresponding NMRView dataset and other project files. The format is obsolete and is mainly encountered in older NMRView projects.
Open the .xpk file with NMRView or NMRViewJ, if the installed version supports this legacy peak-list format. Use the program's peak-list or project-opening command so that the list can be associated with the relevant NMR dataset.
Because the format is text-based, a text editor can display its contents, but it will not provide the spectrum or NMRView's peak-analysis features. NMRViewJ is available for systems that support its Java-based environment; older NMRView installations may require their original supported platform.
An .xpk file is a peak-list data file, so it is normally exported from NMRView rather than converted with a general file converter. If the installed NMRView version provides an export or save-as command, use it to write the peak list in one of the formats that version supports.
For an obsolete file that cannot be opened by available NMRView software, conversion requires a program or script that understands the XPK peak-list structure. Renaming the file does not convert it.

The xpk file extension identifies a graphics resource containing 3D models for WWE RAW. These models define the appearance of characters in the game.
Modders can edit the files to alter the appearance of characters. Examples of xpk files include tf.xpk, ff.xpk, if.xpk, and sf.xpk.
An xpk file is normally loaded by WWE RAW from the game's installation files. To inspect or edit the model, use a compatible WWE RAW modding utility.

XPK Player was an audio player developed by DATA Becker. Its XPK files store compressed audio for playback in that application.
XPK Player appears to be obsolete and is no longer supported by its developer. As a result, modern software may not be able to open or convert XPK audio files directly.
Open the file with the original XPK Player software if it is available. General-purpose audio players are unlikely to support this obsolete format.
If XPK Player does not run on the current system, a compatible legacy environment may be required to access the audio.
If the file opens in XPK Player, use that program's export function, if available, to save the audio in a common format.

The xpk file extension is associated with Xscript, a lightweight video game engine from Codec Games.
An xpk file stores package data created for use with the Xscript engine.
Xscript and the XPK format are obsolete, so these files may only be usable with the original Xscript software or a game that includes compatible support.
Open an xpk file with the Xscript engine or with the Xscript-based game that uses it. The file is not intended to be opened as a standalone document.
