Yahoo! Widgets was software from Yahoo! for running small desktop widgets. A YWEMANIFEST file provides manifest information that the Yahoo! Widget software uses when handling a widget.
This is a supporting data file rather than a document intended for regular editing. Yahoo! Widgets was available for multiple desktop platforms, including Windows and Mac OS X.
Yahoo! Widgets is legacy software and is no longer actively developed, so the YWEMANIFEST format is rarely encountered in new software.
