Open an .hcp file with HydroCAD on Microsoft Windows. A text editor can also display the file because it is stored as ASCII text, but it will not interpret the project data as HydroCAD does.
HydroCAD can export project data to CSV format. This exports data for use in other applications; it does not convert the complete HydroCAD project into another project format.
