File extension obd is associated with Microsoft Office Binder.

Microsoft Office Binder is included with Microsoft Office 95, Microsoft Office 97, and Microsoft Office 2000. You can use Office Binder to tie Microsoft Word documents, Microsoft Excel worksheets, Microsoft PowerPoint presentations, Microsoft Project files, and Microsoft Visio files together in one file without having to load separate programs.
