The qpa file extension is associated with the Vulkan Conformance Test, a part of drawElements Quality Program (deqp) GPU testing suite included in AOSP (Android Open Source Project).
dEQP stores tests for several graphics APIs, including OpenGL ES, EGL, and Vulkan.
The qpa file stores test log created by depq. By default, file is called: TestResults.qpa.
The Vulkan Conformance Test can be compiled for Windows, Linux and Android.
