RadiantOne Virtual Directory Server Proxy Edition is a cost-effective, easy to deploy virtual directory, designed to solve the most common directory integration challenges—out of the box, at an easily justified price point. VDS Proxy Edition is designed for environments with relatively simple needs where a proxy-based approach will provide acceptable performance levels.

VDS Proxy Edition functions as an abstraction layer between applications, identities, and data repositories. It federates queries and unifies multiple directories and database tables into a single LDAP source. The identity data is then published into views that are tailored and optimized for the specific needs of security applications such as web access management (WAM). Once virtualized, identity and "directory" information can be accessed via LDAP or DSML.

By leveraging the underlying and existing data structures, VDS Proxy Edition is quick and easy to deploy into your existing architecture without the risk of disrupting existing integration. Queries are made in real-time, keeping the data secure in the existing data sources.

RadiantOne Virtual Directory Server works with the following file extensions:

Note: You can click on any file extension link from the list below, to view its detailed information. The list of extensions used or otherwise associated with the application may not be complete, because many common file extensions on our website, such as jpg (pictures) or txt (text files), can be opened by a large number of applications, or are too general file format. However most, if not all directly associated file extensions should be listed with its appropriate program. Although its likely, that some file extensions may be missing from the list of associated file extensions with the application, yet they can be opened, be part of, or otherwise be associated with the program.
