Destiny Media Technologies, Inc. (TSX.V: DSY; OTCBB: DSNY) ("Destiny"), headquartered in Vancouver, BC, Canada, was founded in 1991 as a video game developer. Since that time, we have become a leading provider of secure digital content distribution solutions including audio and video streaming solutions and secure file distribution to customers around the globe.
Destiny has two product lines, MPE and Clipstream. MPE technologies enable the secure distribution of digital content such as audio, video, pictures and meta data to destination computers.
MPE enables content to be owned the way a recipient might own a DVD or CD. Clipstream enables content to be securely streamed for temporary viewing or listening, similar to TV or radio. Clipstream recipients don’t need a player and sites don’t need a streaming server. This means much higher play rates at a fraction of the cost.
