Sun Raster files are a bitmap storage format developed by Sun Microsystems. The format is well supported on Sun workstations, but is less widely supported elsewhere.
The files can store bitmaps at a variety of color depths: monochrome, 8-bit gray scale, 256 color with a palette, 24-bit TrueColor or 32-bit TrueColor. Additionally the data in the file can be stored in either of two bytes orders, and the bitmap may either by not compressed or compressed using a Run-length Compression scheme.

SUNTronic was an audio composition program used on Commodore Amiga computers, particularly during the 1980s. Its song modules use the SUN file extension.
A SUNTronic module is a project-style music file rather than a conventional recorded audio file. It stores the song data required by SUNTronic for playback and composition.
This is a legacy Amiga format and is unlikely to be used by current music software. On Windows, Amiga Forever can provide an Amiga environment in which compatible legacy Amiga software may be run.
On Windows, try opening the file with Amiga Forever and use an Amiga environment with SUNTronic installed. The file must be opened from within SUNTronic; modern desktop audio players are not expected to support this module format directly.
SUNTronic song modules do not generally have a direct conversion path to standard audio formats. If SUNTronic can play the file, the resulting audio can be recorded with suitable audio-recording software and saved in a common format such as WAV.
