File extension wallet is used by one of the variants of Globe 3 ransomware that appeared in in April 2017. The whole suffix added to the encrypted files is actually .[no.torp3da@protonmail.ch].wallet, but Windows recognizes only the last part as extension.
Note: Also used by a variant CryptoMix ransomware which appeared in early May 2017.
