It is not possible to create any digital raw image (including the DCR format used by Kodak) from a JPEG picture, which is what jpeg to dcr conversion attempts likely represents.
This is due the fact that RAWs are special because they contain special metadata recorded and saved by the digital camera, these are not present in JPGs, thus making a digital RAW from the would make not sense and no program allows it.
This conversion entry was verified by us and conversion was flagged as wrong or not possible.
Usually this happens when the conversion would try to convert different types of data between each other, such as audio to image, or it is not possible because incompatibility between programs, caused by closed file formats, very limited support etc.
