Check out some options how sld files might be converted to iges format.
Old (.sld) files from AutoCAD represent set of slides made in old version of of AutoCAD using the the mslide command. These are pictures so it's not really possible to converted these to 3D formats. Perhaps old versions of AutoCAD could have been used to recover the sources, but it is likely your only option now is to either re-draw the CAD file, use the ancient sld2dxf to at least get DXF back (poor results), or look for download of some ancient version of AutoCAD and hope for the best.
