File extension csy is used for the default symbol format in Canvas or Canvas X graphics suites originally from ACD Systems, now from Canvas GFX.
A .csy file contains graphical symbol that can be added to a drawing. Located in the Symbols folder while additional symbols can be imported to the software.
Custom symbols can be imported and added to Canvas' symbol library.
Typically not meant for conversion, but perhaps it is possible to treat them like any other (vector) graphics files.
